Your deletion request
This page confirms deletion requests sent by Instagram or Facebook. Open the link those platforms gave you, which carries a confirmation code, or write to the address below.
What was deleted
The connection between ClipSpell and your Instagram account: the stored access token, the account id the platform gave us, and the account name shown beside it. Nothing can be published to that account any more, and reconnecting would start from a fresh authorisation.
What was not
Your ClipSpell account, your projects and the videos you made. Instagram is not in a position to ask us to delete those, and a request to unhook an integration is not a request to destroy somebody’s work.
The record that a video was published — when, and to which account — also stays. It is how a dispute about a post is answered, and it identifies the publication rather than the person.
To erase the rest, close your account. That is a separate, deliberate action in Settings, and the privacy notice sets out exactly what it removes and what is kept.
